Catholic Services Appeal (CSA)
This is a time for our parishes and communities to do what we do best: rise up. In southeast Michigan, we are no strangers to challenges, and we, with the grace and love of God, have always been resilient, rising from the ashes and overcoming these trials. Over the past year, even amidst trial, we haven’t stopped working to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, or equip individuals to know the love of God. This pandemic has not stopped us from sharing the Gospel! But this mission isn’t something we can do alone. Your generosity to the Catholic Services Appeal makes all these efforts possible.
The CSA appeal usually happens in the spring but because of the pandemic it was delayed until now. You should have gotten a letter in the mail from the Archdiocese with a pledge card. The CSA goal for our parish is set CSA sets the parish target and must be paid, so if we do not cover our target with CSA donations, we still must pay the difference. Any additional amount collected over our target is returned to the parish.
The Archdiocese is going to conduct the CSA this year so the mailing will come from downtown and not from St. Edith, and donations should be returned to the Archdiocese.
There are four ways to contribute:
- Online at www.givecsa.org
- By check with the pledge card that was included in the mailing. Please send to the Archdiocese and make checks out to Archdiocese of Detroit – CSA.
- By credit card with the pledge card that was included in the mailing.
- Arrange payment by phone at 888-331-8695. (Note: please use the phone number listed here as the phone number that is provided on the pledge card is wrong)
Please prayerfully consider making a one-time or recurring gift!Go to main navigation
