All widowed men and women regardless of faith affiliation or length of time since the death of a spouse, are welcome to participate in all activities and special events. Widowed Friends is a one hundred percent volunteer organization and while it operates with the approval of the Archdiocese of Detroit, it is self-governing and financially supported by its membership. Learn more about our entire social, spiritual, and outreach support programs by visiting the links shown above. Our enrichment activities meet a variety of needs to assist in the journey from a loss to a new sense of joy and purpose.

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) & MOMSnext

The MOPS group provides an open, Christian atmosphere where specific and significant needs of today's preschool mothers are met, and which says, "you belong!" Coordinated for moms by moms, MOPS gives mothers opportunities to develop meaningful friendships with each other. In these friendships, moms find answers for their simple, everyday dilemmas and discover a safe place to explore and discuss life's situations. MOPS help moms and MOPS makes a difference in the lives of families. Questions? Contact Erin Krcatovich, MOPS Coordinator - coordinator@stecmops.org

Have kids beyond the preschool years? Then MOMSnext is for you! As children enter the school years, new challenges and issues arise, but the need for community remains. For more information please contact our MOMSnext coordinators, Erin Lynch and Elise Klosowski at momsnext@stecmops.org.
